RAIN POLICY

Dear Padel Club Family,
 

During the rain seasons, kindly find below our policy to keep things smooth for a players:

If It Rains Before your Game Starts (2 options)

1. You can reschedule your booking to another available time.
2. We'll refund the amount to your balnce wallet to use anytime.

If It Rains During Your Game

• Applicable for 60 mins Bookings:
  If you have 15mins or less remaining on your slot when rain start, the game will be considered played.
  If you have more than 15mins remaining on your slot, you will get to reschedule your booking at a later date of your choice.
• Applicable for 90 mins Bookings:

           If you have 20 mins or less reamining on your slot, when the rain start, then the game will be considered played.
           If you have more than 20 mins remaining on your slot, you will get to reschedule your booking at a later date of your choice.
